Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst Financial Modeling to join their Corporate Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for strategic decision-making and financial planning
• Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance and support corporate strategy
• Support M&A due diligence and integration modeling, including transaction structuring and synergy analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in financial modeling, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting
• Strong experience building and maintaining detailed financial models in Excel
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial statement analysis
• Deep understanding of SaaS or software business models preferred
