Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer II responsible for developing and conducting training programs for Specialty Pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate effectiveness for Specialty Pharmacy staff
  • Identify, develop, and conduct training programs, including designing training aids
  • Maintain records of training activities and provide feedback on policy and procedure revisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare setting
  • Auditing experience preferred
  • Prior experience creating a comprehensive training program
  • Pharmacy or Managed Care operations experience is highly preferred
