Led by a passionate founder and a small, agile team, they’re scaling quickly and looking for a reliable, tech-savvy marketing professional to help enhance and manage their digital marketing infrastructure.

About the Role:

The client is seeking a full-time Marketing Automation & Funnel Specialist to support and optimize marketing operations, primarily using GoHighLevel. Reporting directly to the Founder and Head of Marketing, this role will involve building funnels, managing automations, editing marketing copy, and supporting digital campaigns.
Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in digital marketing and technical execution, especially within high-performance or agency environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing funnels inside GoHighLevel
• Set up automations for lead capture, email sequences, and course access
• Review and schedule newsletters (light copy-editing and formatting included)
• Support live webinar setup and execution (invites, reminders, managing chat, etc.)
• Troubleshoot funnel issues and recommend improvements
• Take ownership of recurring and process-driven marketing tasks
• Collaborate directly with the founder to implement marketing strategies

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, funnel building, or marketing automation
• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/automation platform
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows (opt-ins, email sequences, etc.)
• Comfortable with copy-editing or light copywriting
• High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
• Self-starter who is organized, reliable, and proactive in solving problems
• Agency background or experience in fast-paced marketing environments
• Familiarity with email marketing strategies and list segmentation
• Experience supporting coaching businesses, course creators, or education-based brands

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Remote — must be located in Latin America
• Reports directly to the Founder
• Flexible schedule with partial overlap with U.S. business hours preferred
• Monthly salary: $2,500 USD
