Key Responsibilities:

• Source top-tier AI and software engineering talent across the UK and Europe using tools like Juicebox, Slack, and Notion.
• Build and manage high-quality candidate lists aligned with client needs and recruitment briefs.
• Run Boolean searches and leverage sourcing platforms and CRMs (e.g. Loxo) to generate targeted candidate pipelines.
• Qualify potential candidates through written and verbal outreach, with scope to conduct initial screening calls.
• Collaborate closely with company founders to understand evolving hiring needs and candidate quality standards.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including candidate lists, sourcing strategies, and outreach logs.
• Contribute to building SOPs, training resources, and a centralised Notion-based knowledge base.
• Engage in daily team meetings to align goals, review sourcing outcomes, and improve processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, specifically within the international tech recruitment space.
• Proven experience sourcing software engineers (bonus if within the AI/ML domain).
• Comfortable using recruitment tools like Loxo, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, or equivalent AI-driven sourcing platforms (e.g. Juicebox).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience working with or recruiting for UK or European markets is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
• Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet working environment is required.
