POSITION OVERVIEW
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to achieve overall recruiting initiatives, while working independently to execute selected recruitment assignments. This is an exciting opportunity to support the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent and fuel our growth. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, or another senior management personnel that the CEO of the Company may designate.
RECRUITMENT AND OPERATIONS- Assist in optimizing Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate job postings across various platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Support recruiters by managing the offer letter generation.
- Source candidates through various resources: networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, contact lists, and employee referrals.
DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records in talent systems.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT- Identify process enhancement to streamline the recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document standard operating procedures.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and best practices in talent operations.
CANDIDATE AND EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE- Act as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities, including coordination of new training schedules.
SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION- Serve as an assistant administrator for talent-related systems, including the ATS and other tools.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Train team members on system functionalities and updates.
REQUIRED SKILLS- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify data-driven insights.
- Strong communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds and at different levels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management or related area, or equivalent experience, preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in renewable energy.
- Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency using various ATS and other recruiting systems.
- Proficiency in using software programs such as MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; and the ability to quickly work into new tasks and accommodate new circumstances.
- Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a self-motivated team player.
- A quick learner with great attention to detail.
- Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Deadline-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks.
$95,000 - $115,000 a year
