In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting and growing our innovative recruitment platform that transforms traditional job seeking by focusing on personal branding and making job applications feel more interactive and engaging — similar to a social networking platform.
Our unique approach enables companies to create profiles and upload content, such as videos, pictures, and text, to "showcase the experience" of working at their company. Your mission will be to leverage social media trends and content creation strategies to build brand awareness and engagement while also helping clients present their unique work cultures in captivating ways.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to track campaign success and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to help brands effectively showcase their work environments and cultures.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and influencer marketing strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a strong online community.
- Experiment with content formats such as videos, reels, stories, and live streams to maximise reach and engagement.
- Report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement.
- Strong understanding of personal branding and how it applies to job seeking.
- Experience creating eye-catching and creative content across multiple social platforms.
- Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights).
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to push boundaries with new ideas.
- Comfortable working UK hours remotely.
- Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
