Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)
Working Hours: UK Hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: R35,000 - R45,000 per month (depending on experience)

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that attracts, engages, and retains our target audience. As the Content Marketing Manager, you will oversee the content creation process, manage a team of writers, and ensure that all content aligns with our goals and brand voice. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy that supports overall marketing objectives.
- Lead and manage the content creation process, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
- Oversee a team of writers and freelancers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality content production.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and industry trends.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic traffic.
- Measure and report on content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, design, and social media, to amplify content reach.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful content marketing campaigns and projects.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Deep understanding of SEO, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content strategy.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in the recruitment or HR sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools or content creation platforms is an advantage.
