About the Role
We are looking for a creative and organized Content Creator Specialist to support our brand’s online presence across social media and email platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is both visually creative and highly reliable, with the ability to craft engaging content, manage posting schedules, and handle light customer service (0–3 calls per day).
The ideal candidate has experience in graphic design, content writing, and social media scheduling, and is comfortable answering occasional phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities
🎨 Content Creation & Design
- Design eye-catching graphics and visual content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Write clear and engaging captions, posts, and newsletter content
- Align content with brand voice and visual guidelines
📅 Scheduling & Publishing
- Plan and schedule posts across social media platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer
- Draft, format, and send email newsletters
- Monitor social media activity for engagement and basic responses
📞 Phone & Admin Support
- Handle 0–3 incoming calls daily, such as basic customer inquiries or support
- Answer in a professional tone, take messages if needed, and escalate to appropriate team members
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Organized and consistent with social media scheduling
- Comfortable on the phone with clear and professional English communication
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace
- Bonus: Experience with light customer service or social media DMs
