Proposal Writer / RFP Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer / RFP Manager to lead the development and submission of proposals and responses to client solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate or lead proposal development, including timeline management and content collection
• Draft, edit, and tailor proposal content to align with client requirements and company value propositions
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely contributions and accountability in the proposal process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP management, or technical writing
• Proven experience managing complex proposals and working cross-functionally
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
