Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Billing and Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the billing and payment processing strategy and roadmap
• Ensure operational excellence in billing and payment operations, optimizing customer experience and minimizing chargebacks
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, including contract negotiations and adherence

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in payments within a SaaS or subscription-based e-commerce business
• Expert-level understanding of credit/debit card processing and payment ecosystems
• Experience with Stripe is required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate effectively across functions
