Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Manager, Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants in delivering MES implementations to manufacturing clients
• Oversee project delivery, manage team performance, and maintain customer relationships
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide on-site support for requirements gathering and training

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing a consulting team delivering MES implementations
• Proven track record of leading MES project delivery from planning to go-live
• Experience mentoring team members on MES best practices
• Familiarity with resource utilization and project financial management specific to MES projects
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
