Workday HCM Functional Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday AMS HCM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in Workday functionality and configuration while advising clients on effective testing strategies
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing proactive suggestions for Workday configuration improvements
• Support team success by mentoring junior members, contributing to internal initiatives, and collaborating with the sales team on pre-sales engagements

Required Qualifications

• Workday certification in Core HCM; additional certifications are a plus
• 7+ years of related customer or partner experience
• 5+ years of Workday Core HCM configuration experience
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end HCM implementations or 3+ years in Workday Post Production Services
• Experience managing system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation
