Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director and Deputy Director for the Bureau of Safety and Well-Being and Bureau of Performance and Out-of-Home Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide statewide leadership and oversight for child protective services and family violence prevention programs
• Administer and coordinate policies and procedures related to out-of-home care and adoption services
• Lead strategic projects and initiatives to advance the Division's objectives and ensure compliance with federal and state laws

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience supervising a team of professional staff
• Experience developing and implementing policies for families in the child welfare system
• Experience leading committees with decision-making authority
• Experience managing evidence-based programs or child placement operations
• Experience overseeing complex operations involving multiple government entities
