Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant to work remotely in Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with finalizing requirements for a government public sector Salesforce implementation, including documentation of process flows and thorough testing
• Review, analyze, and evaluate business processes related to system and user needs
• Formulate business processes to support overall business strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Five or more years of experience with Salesforce business analysis
• Required certifications: Six Sigma, Lean or Equivalent Process Reengineering
• Previous government experience (2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with Jira software (1 year preferred)
