Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist I - Websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a continuous queue of website customers, translating their preferences into effective designs
• Lead customer relationships to ensure successful delivery of hosted websites
• Define project deliverables, set timelines, and resolve content and technical issues for timely project completion

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• Experience creating, deploying, and updating websites
• 1+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator desirable
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
