Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all enrollment tasks for assigned customers, ensuring superior service
• Answer inquiries from members, providers, and group customers, adhering to departmental expectations
• Maintain and manage enrollment data in systems based on customer requests and internal reports

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an office environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility in shift scheduling
