Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and development of the Lending Solutions team, aligning with organizational goals
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth integration of lending objectives into broader projects
• Enhance member experiences by recommending and implementing service improvements based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in the financial industry and/or lending team management
• Three years of experience in a leadership role
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation (annual MLO registration required)
• Experience leading lending contact center teams is preferred
