Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Finance to support its financial operations and contribute to its mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and manage billing issues, receivables, and disbursements
• Onboard new hires and manage payroll, benefits, and employee paperwork
• Maintain accurate financial records and support the Finance team in various tasks

Required Qualifications

• Certificate in Accounting, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Some professional work experience, preferably in administrative or office-based roles
• Intermediate command of Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with remote team members
