Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new patients by guiding them through registration and scheduling initial visits
• Create and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and ensure accurate data entry
• Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide support for patient portal access

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient services preferred
• Proficient with EHR/EMR systems and web-based applications
• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Patient-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor
