We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to manage our Airbnb and short-term rental listings customer service. Responsibilities include messaging guests, organizing cleaning schedules, and addressing any damages that may arise, and making claims from sites such as Airbnb.
Tasks will include:
– Chatting to potential guests before booking
– Responding to Instagram DMs
– Updating listings descriptions if anything changes
– Reporting damages to Airbnb and recovering damages
– Sending electricity bills to guests
– Informing cleaning teams of check out dates
– Chatting with guests during their stay
– Asking guests for reviews and following up
– Responding to reviews
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and prior experience in the hospitality industry.
Someone with direct previous experience is essential.

Timezone is Bangkok hours, but as long as your available you can work anywhere in the world
