Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Gaming & Sports Department

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Gaming & Sports Department! In this engaging Junior role, you will be the key support contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing assistance and information regarding our gaming and sports offerings. Your ability to communicate effectively in Nordic languages will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions about gaming products, sports services, and general inquiries
• Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues effectively
• Provide detailed information on gaming events, sports schedules, and services
• Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and offerings
• Participate in training sessions to maintain knowledge of services and industry trends

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably related to gaming or sports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to client satisfaction and service excellence
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and databases
