• Provide high-touch service excellence to executive-level travelers
• Handle incoming travel requests accurately and efficiently via multiple channels
• Consult on travel details and up-sell related products while adhering to travel policies

Required Qualifications

• Experience in VIP travel
• Working knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
• Strong skills in GDS Sabre
• Ability to fulfill requests regarding travel regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas)
• Excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules
