Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee the transition from legacy systems to modern HCM/ERP platforms
• Drive innovation by implementing new technologies and optimizing enterprise systems for enhanced user experience
• Manage global teams and ensure effective change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation process

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, with 10+ years in executive roles focused on enterprise business systems
• Experience in managing Oracle on-premise solutions and migrations to cloud-based platforms like Oracle Cloud Fusion or Workday
• Strong background in developing cloud transformation strategies and stakeholder engagement
• Proven success in deploying AI/ML and automation solutions within business systems
• Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and lead high-performing teams in a global context
