Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Commercial Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy to attract new beauty professionals and clients
• Own and execute the growth strategy across the entire user funnel, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Build and lead a high-performing team across various marketing and support functions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of financial management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a tech-enabled marketplace or beauty and wellness company
• Proven track record of building and scaling B2C marketing engines
• Strong performance marketing and growth background
• Experience marketing to diverse communities, including Black and Latinx entrepreneurs, is a strong plus
