• 7+ years of experience leading high-performing teams
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market strategies and product launches across multiple segments
• Experience in developing KPIs and frameworks that connect marketing efforts to business outcomes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing stakeholders
