Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Account Management to lead account and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the vision and structure for the Accounts department, ensuring client relationship growth and operational efficiency
• Manage a team of account professionals, providing oversight on financial performance and leading performance reviews
• Own the client lifecycle, focusing on retention, upselling, and cross-selling while ensuring proactive account planning

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and client communication
• Proven track record in client retention and growth in a scaling agency environment
• Experience managing a high-performing team of 8+ members
• Familiarity with P&L oversight, including margin improvement and forecasting
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex conversations
