Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Vendor Performance Manager who will drive the performance of agency partners providing post charge off collections services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the performance of external vendors responsible for collections services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor performance with strategic objectives
• Track vendor performance using established KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, customer service, or collections, preferably in fintech or financial services
• Strong track record of managing external vendors and holding them accountable to performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences through vendor relationships
• Proven analytical skills for monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
