Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator (Day Shift - Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of study drug, comparators, and ancillaries management
• Coordinates with vendors and manages vendor-related activities for clinical supplies services
• Ensures compliance with company practices and client requirements while overseeing purchase orders and vendor performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant formal academic or vocational qualification preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of the Clinical Supply process, including manufacturing and logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Intermediate English proficiency and good communication skills
