Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vendor Management Coordinator for a fully remote position on a day shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of study drug and ancillary management
• Coordinate with vendors and assist in vendor management for outsourced clinical supplies services
• Ensure compliance with company practices and client requirements while maintaining oversight of purchase orders and vendor services

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualification preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinical supplies or related field
• Solid understanding of the clinical supply process including manufacturing and logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and adapt to changing environments
