Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher with 5+ years of experience for a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans and conducts consumer research activities, translating findings into actionable insights for product development and marketing
• Contributes to UX and Market Research processes, including objective setting, customer needs identification, and continuous feedback gathering
• Facilitates design thinking workshops and creates clear research roadmaps for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of related UX or Market Research experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of related experience
• Expertise in qualitative research methods, including usability studies and customer focus groups
• Skilled in quantitative research methods, including online surveys and complex data analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with research tools like Qualtrics and UserZoom
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Human Factors or Marketing/Market Research
