Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX design of a product area or feature within a larger experience ecosystem
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define scope and translate requirements into intuitive experiences
• Participate in and lead user research efforts to understand needs, workflows, and pain points

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, computer science, or related fields
• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking, from research insights to final UI
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with solid understanding of UX and UI best practices
• Familiarity with research techniques, journey mapping, and accessibility standards
