Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for user-centered design processes and collaborate with product teams to create effective solutions
• Design and refine deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while overseeing junior designers
• Focus on developing and maturing design systems and processes aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design and development
• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or related field preferred
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with design tools like Miro and Adobe CC
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Knowledge of web development methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum
