Manage end-to-end payroll activities for assigned clients and ensure accurate delivery
Serve as an escalation point for team members regarding process-related queries and issues
Analyze and improve existing payroll metrics and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in US payroll activities, including at least 1 year of team handling
Proficient in payroll processing, including deductions, reconciliations, and tax forms (I9, W4, W2)
Experience with payroll tools such as ADP Workforce and QuickBooks
Strong skills in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Ability to resolve employee queries via calls and emails
