Student Accounts Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Student Accounts Advisor 1 to manage student account inquiries and collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to student accounts
• Assist students in establishing payment plans and computing budgets for installment plans
• Collaborate with Student Finance to process transactions in accordance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or higher education
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work Saturdays and extended hours if necessary
• Willingness to learn applicable Department of Education Title IV Regulations
