Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel - Corporate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead securities law compliance and provide guidance on relevant Acts
• Prepare and review SEC filings and advise on disclosure requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial disclosures and support governance documentation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of securities law experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
• Deep expertise in '33 and '34 Act filings and SEC disclosure obligations
• Strong understanding of corporate law and public company operations
• Member in good standing of at least one U.S. State Bar
• A passion for crypto, fintech, or disruptive financial technologies
