What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Process biweekly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner using ADP Workforce Now
– Review and validate timecards, overtime, and deductions
– Generate and issue accurate invoices for services/products rendered
– Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and prepare billing reports
– Collaborate closely with HR, plants, and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Extensive experience in payroll management, particularly with ADP Workforce Now
– Deep understanding of payroll regulations and billing procedures
– Proven ability to ensure compliance with corporate internal controls
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and billing
– Strong communication skills for customer service and collaboration
