UM/UIM Litigation Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented/Litigation Adjuster to handle complex claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage complex, represented claims, including UM/UIM claims and specialized claims
• Negotiate settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers while maintaining accurate documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively through various channels to guide clients through the claims process

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in liability investigations and bodily injury claim evaluations preferred
• Casualty claim handling experience is required
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation
