• Own the UGC production process, including concept development, talent sourcing, and video editing
• Collaborate with media teams and clients to create effective paid ads that drive conversions
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high quality and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in UGC production and editing
• Portfolio showcasing self-edited UGC is required
• 4-year college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
• Experience working with compliance-regulated industries is a plus
