Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trust & Safety Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce marketplace policies across product listings, shops, and seller accounts
• Conduct reviews of enforcement workflows within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle complex administrative workflows, including shop-level reviews and seller appeals

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of trust and safety protocols and policy enforcement
• Proven ability to make accurate decisions under tight deadlines
• Experience with complex cases and appropriate issue escalation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently while meeting team goals and KPIs
