Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transition Analyst to support onboarding and offboarding processes for property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for property management assignments
• Ensure data integrity across transition tools and maintain property and client information
• Collaborate with Property Management teams and lead special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience in real estate and basic accounting knowledge preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to understand and interpret complex real estate terminology
• Experience with Smartsheet is beneficial but not required
