Join Our Team: Transcriptionist
Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC) is seeking a part-time Transcriptionist. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven healthcare organization from the comfort of your home office.
The Transcriptionist will be responsible for converting voice recordings from behavioral healthcare professionals into written documents for client electronic medical records in a confidential, accurate and timely manner. The Transcriptionist will identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within the documentation and communicate/clarify with appropriate staff.
Education, Experience & Skills:
The Transcriptionist shall meet the following qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Completion of a medical transcription training program or equivalent coursework is preferred.
3. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
4. Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
5. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Successful applicant must be able to obtain Act 33, Act 34 and FBI clearances.
