Assist Wholesale borrowers with eSigning processes and maintain exceptional customer support within a busy ticketing system
Review and resolve tickets, inform management on trending issues, and support operations across various departments
Required Qualifications
One to three years of mortgage lending related experience
High school diploma
Technologically proficient in MS Windows software
Ability to work proficiently in a remote capacity with flexible work hours
Customer service excellence with strong interpersonal and business-relationship skills
