Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Clearance Coordinator, Post Sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage daily progress reports and outstanding curative pipelines
• Collaborate with Title Commitment Coordinators to review title commitments for clearance
• Act as a liaison for borrowers, addressing questions and concerns throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry
• Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
