Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and examine real property records to prepare title commitments and non-insured products
• Assist agency operations by responding to inquiries and providing advice on examination and commitment requirements
• Review legal documents for sufficiency and organize large-scale projects under senior examiners' supervision

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Preferred knowledge of TitleData (TIMS), PACER, and RamQuest
• Working knowledge of real estate law and abstracting
• Ability to review legal proceedings, including Probates, Divorce, and Bankruptcy
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
