Texas Licensed Mathematics Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach, Mathematics (6-8).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve instructional practices in middle school mathematics classrooms through collaboration with teachers
• Facilitate professional development by designing and leading workshops and training sessions
• Use data to drive instruction and assist teachers in analyzing assessment data to inform teaching strategies

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful middle school mathematics teaching experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field is required
• A valid Texas teaching certificate with an endorsement in Mathematics (4-8 or 6-8)
• Strong knowledge of middle school mathematics content and pedagogy
• Experience facilitating adult learning and collaborative planning
