Texas Licensed Instructional Coach, ELA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach, English Language Arts (6-8).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve instructional practices by collaborating with teachers on lesson planning and assessment
• Facilitate professional development through workshops and training sessions tailored to school goals
• Use data to drive instruction and assist teachers in analyzing assessment data to inform teaching strategies

Required Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of successful ELA classroom teaching experience at the middle school level
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field is required
• A valid Texas teaching certificate with an endorsement in English Language Arts and Reading (4-8 or 7-12)
• Deep knowledge of English Language Arts instruction and proficiency in data analysis
• Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field is preferred
