Texas Licensed Gift Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-level Gift Officer to join their Ministry Advancement team in Texas or Oklahoma.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with current and potential givers, engaging them in meaningful gift strategy discussions
• Partner with Major Gift Officers to establish and document deferred gifts and other giving options
• Maintain relationships along an established moves-management plan, aligned with the gift cycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
• Understanding of SBC denominational culture and church life
• Proficient in CRM software and database management
• Strong knowledge of philanthropy, ethics, and giving trends
