Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas who is passionate about working with seniors and their families, particularly those facing dementia challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals living with dementia and their families as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Deliver a range of virtual services, including psychosocial assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis support
  • Build strong therapeutic alliances with patients and caregivers while managing complex cases and coordinating care


Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted Texas LCSW license and residence in Texas
  • 3+ years of experience in care management and behavioral health services, preferably in dementia or geriatric settings
  • Experience providing virtual services is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices supporting the geriatric population
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
