Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, and resolves property damage or liability claims
• Reviews policies and related reports to determine coverage and compensation amounts
• Maintains documentation and manages correspondence with involved parties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Two or more years of relevant residential property & casualty claims experience
• Appropriate state adjuster license(s) and continuing education credits
• Proficiency in Claims systems (PTS/IDMI) and estimating system Xactimate
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
