A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Defense Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate property damage claims, including first-party property claims and bad faith litigation
• Represent the company in all phases of litigation and provide expert legal advice to internal teams
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, focusing on automobile accidents
